finished and ready-to-move residential units at Al Kanaria Compound, in El Sheikh Zayed.
With this initiative, you can choose from an array of unit types: Duplexes, apartments, and penthouses
with areas starting from 135 m2 and price per square meter is 5,750 EGP!
Additionally, the bidding will be set on the highest amount of down payment, which should not be less
than 20%, and the instalments will be up to 7 years!
