Smart Village Real Estate Investment Company, known as SVREICO, is a real estate private equity firm founded in 2007. It is a subsidiary of Naeem Holding Company. 

SVREICO focuses on developing high-end administrative, commercial, and service facilities, particularly in Smart Village (Greater Cairo).

• The company plans to develop an integrated business/service park over two phases, with a total of 13 buildings, and with a CAPEX of around USD 150 million.
