It entered the Egyptian market recently (launched first project in 2022).

• Area: ~125 acres.
• Total investment: ~ EGP 8 billion.
• Features: private beachfront of 450 metres, artificial lakes (9 feddan), over 60% of units with sea view, 30 touristic caves with private pools, a 5-star international hotel (VOCO brand), shops, cafes, clubhouse, etc.
