Capital Diamond Tower – NAC: This is their major ongoing project in Egypt. It is a mixed-use, twisted architectural tower located in the Central Business District of the New Administrative Capital.
The twisted tower has a 212-degree rotation and is billed as the first and tallest twisted tower in Egypt and Africa.
The tower includes commercial, administrative, hotel, serviced-residential, and residential units.
For the hotel portion, Hilton will manage it. It consists of 120 keys: 72 guest rooms and 48 one-bedroom suites. It occupies floors 41 to 51 of the tower.
As of latest reports, about 30% of the concrete structure has been completed, with an investment of EGP 800 million so far.
