Hassan Allam Properties (HAP) is a boutique, family-centric real estate developer in Egypt, operating under Hassan Allam Holding, with roots going back to 1936 as a contracting and construction group. 

Since 2000, HAP has focused on building intimate communities, investing in quality finishes, green landscaping, and hospitality-style amenities.

• Swan Lake North Coast – Ras El Hekma: A seaside resort-community project emphasizing green spaces, beach access, and high-end vacation-style amenities.
• AM:PM Mall – Swan Lake Residences, New Cairo: A commercial hub combining retail, restaurants, and leisure within its mixed-use settings.
• New Land in El Gouna (in partnership with Orascom Development): HAP acquired ~110,000 sqm for a boutique waterfront project featuring Greek-inspired design, condos- and penthouses-style units.
