Coldwell Banker for auction services announces public-sealed bid auction session for commercial, administrative, and medical investment units in the Fifth Settlement and Maadi with flexible payment plans.

First: a medical hospital in the Fifth Settlement on an area of 2,810 meters behind the Fifth Settlement’s police station.

Second: a commercial and administrative building at the entrance to Zahraa Al-Maadi, directly next to Al-Tawhid and Al-Nour.

The session will be held on Monday, October 12th at 12 pm at Coldwell Banker Headquarters 35 Corniche El Nil Street, Maadi – Sara Tower.
