Azha North Coast, developed by Madaar Developments, is a premium coastal resort in Ras El Hekma, Egypt. The project spans approximately 220–250 acres with 700 meters of beachfront and emphasizes low-density living, with 80% of the area dedicated to greenery, lagoons, and amenities. Designed by WATG, the master plan features terraced elevations, a 45-acre crystal lagoon, landscaped areas, and smart urban planning for natural light and ventilation.
