Cred Developments (stylized “cred”) is a major real-estate developer operating in Egypt. It is the rebranded name of what used to be Castle Development. The company is backed by a long history via its parent groups (e.g. ABC Construction in Saudi Arabia, and partnerships in Egypt), giving it strong construction credentials and financial backing.

The Ever project in West Cairo covers 40 acres with investments of about EGP 9 billion.
Another major project is CLM (Castle Landmark) in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), which occupies ~43 acres, with total investment around EGP 5.6 billion and several phases.
