New Administrative Capital

The New Administration Capital is a planned city being built in Egypt, located approximately 45 kilometers east of Cairo. The project was announced in March 2015 by the Egyptian government, with plans to relocate the country's administrative and financial center from Cairo to the new capital.

The city is being built on a greenfield site and is expected to cover an area of 700 square kilometers. The project is being developed by the Egyptian government in partnership with a number of private sector companies, and is expected to be completed in several phases over the next few years.
