Jazebeya is the second project of Egypt's largest developer Upwyde in the 6th of October City, with an investment of more than EGP 30 billion. The plan is to develop new projects in Sheik Zayed City as well as the 6th October, to build an investment portfolio that complements Upwyde's previous projects.

According to Mohamed Abdel Hamid (Deputy CEO), the 40 feddan project consists of residential, commercial and administrative elements. The first phase consists of 835 units ranging from studio to duplex, ranging in size from 49 sq m to 280 sq m, while the second phase consists of 870 units.

Upwyde's debut project, SkyRamp, was a huge success, winning the trust of a large number of customers. Around 70 % of the project has already been sold, and Upwyde plans to build a substantial portfolio of projects in West Cairo, building on the success of the Fifth Settlement.
