The choice was made on a plot of land with an area of ​​about 100 acres designed in the form of tiered terraces that rise from the surface of the ground by about 6.5 square meters for each terrace. The company worked to provide spacious garages to prevent congestion between cars under each terrace, which is divided into 7 platforms separately.

The beach area extends for more than 715 meters with a coastline of 2 km in length, which comes with white and soft sand to suit children and people with sensitive skin. The village owns a crystal lagoon on an area of ​​about 40,000 square meters that appears from every corner of the resort, reflecting the green colors of nature around it.
