OBISIDER NEW CAPITAL, the company developing the Upsider Tower project, wanted to choose a great location that offers all the facilities and services that investors look for when choosing a marketing or management department.

Therefore, the shopping center was built on an area of ​​approximately 13.5 thousand m2 and divided into three interconnected towers. As for the commercial areas, the interior design was planned to add 25 floors to the first floor and distribute them between administrative offices and shops.
